How to Provide RankPay Delegated Access to Your GoDaddy Account

In order to assist with domain settings, DNS configurations, or launching new websites, our team may need access to your GoDaddy account. Fortunately, GoDaddy allows you to grant delegated access — meaning we can manage what’s needed without ever seeing your password.

Follow the steps below to safely invite RankPay to your GoDaddy account.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to GoDaddy
   Go to godaddy.com and sign in to your account.

2. Go to the Account Access Page
   Once logged in, head directly to:
   https://sso.godaddy.com/access

3. Click “Invite to Access”
   On the right-hand side, under the section titled “People who can access my account,” click the link labeled “Invite to Access.”

4. Fill in the Invite Details

   • Name: RankPay

   • Email: analytics@rankpay.com

     If your Account Manager gave you a different email, please use that instead.

5. Choose the Access Level

   • From the dropdown, select:
     Products & Domains

   ✅ This level allows our team to manage necessary settings without access to billing or sensitive account information.

6. Send the Invitation

   • Click the “Invite” button on the right to send access to our team.

What Happens Next?

Once you’ve sent the invite, GoDaddy will notify our team and we’ll accept the request promptly. This will allow us to begin any required domain, DNS, or hosting-related work for your campaign.

If you ever need to revoke access, you can do so at any time from the same Access page.
